Ejemplo: She is reading a book.
Para formar la negación en presente progresivo, añade «not» después del verbo «to be» en su forma presente (am not, is not, are not) y luego el verbo principal en gerundio.
Ejemplo: They are not studying for the test.
Ejemplo: Are you watching TV? (¿Estás viendo televisión?)
Truco 4: El verbo «to be» en el presente progresivo:
Recuerda que el verbo «to be» se conjuga de la siguiente manera en el presente progresivo:
– I am
– You are
– He/She/It is
– We are
– They are
Ejemplo: dance → dancing (bailar → bailando)
