El past perfect simple es un tiempo verbal usado para hablar de un evento que ya había ocurrido antes de otro evento en el pasado. Se forma con el auxiliar ‘had’ más el participio pasado del verbo. El past simple es un tiempo verbal usado para hablar de un evento que ocurrió en un tiempo específico en el pasado. Se forma con el infinitivo del verbo sin el auxiliar.
